Is my broken chair worth repairing?
In most cases, the answer is yes. Repairing a chair is generally a more affordable option than replacing it with a new one.
How much does it cost to repair a chair?
This will depend on the type of job at hand and how much work is required. Under normal circumstances we will respond to your request within 48 hours, and provide you with a free assessment and cost estimate. We offer highly competitive rates and a quick turnaround time.
Can you come to my home or office?
Yes, we provide on-site assessment and repair services. If repairs are minor we will be able to rectify them on site. If the repairs are major, it may be required to complete them at our service centre.
What types of repairs will need to be carried out at your service centre?
Any type of major repair that involves the following will need to be carried out at our service centre:
  • Mechanical fault rectification (e.g. mechanism replacement).
  • Structural fault rectification (e.g. welding broken joints, etc.).
  • Replacement of ply seats and backs.
  • Upholstery and re-foaming.
  • Modifications (e.g. ergonomic additions)
Do you pick up and deliver?

How long will it take to fix my chair?
Depending on the size of the job, it can take anywhere from a few minutes to several days to repair a chair. Once we have compiled a quote we will advise you on the approximate time it will take. We will plan the repair around your schedule to ensure any inconveniences are kept to a minimum.
How can I be sure that my chair will be returned in full-functioning order?
Prior to returning your chair, our technicians will thoroughly check it in accordance with our Quality Assurance procedures, to ensure it is fully operational. In the case of re-upholstery, your chair will be wrapped in plastic to protect it from any possible damage, dust or grime during delivery.
Are the repairs covered by warranty?
Yes. We offer a 12-month warranty on all repairs, and 5 years on new chairs.
Do you offer loan chairs while mine is being fixed?
We offer courtesy office chairs that can be delivered to you on pick up day. Just let us know if it’s required when you book in your repair. Loan chairs will attract a $10 fee.
Do you fix recliners?
Yes. Our technicians are able to replace recliner cables, handles and springs along with electric or manual recliner mechanisms.
Can I supply my own fabric for re-upholstering?
Yes, we are more than happy to re-upholster your furniture with fabric that you supply.
How should I take care of my new upholstery?
Different materials will require different attention. The cleaning and care instructions for your particular piece will be attached to your seat cushion.
How often should office chairs be cleaned?
To ensure your fabric lasts, we recommend steam cleaning office chairs every 6 to 12 months. Our cleaning service can be done on-site, or at our service centre whilst other repairs are being conducted. We can provide this service after hours at a competitive rate.
What kinds of payment do you accept?
We accept most payment types including cash, electronic funds transfers, eftpos and major credit cards.
