Adjustable Arm Rests are an added extra that can be fitted to any of our office chairs. The height adjustment gives great flexibility to the user and can accommodate all heights of desks.

Armrests offer lateral support, support to the arms to relieve tension from the shoulders and neck areas, and also assist the user to get in and out of the chair easily.

When a user does not have arms on a chair it encourages the user to slump in the upper body when resting or to lean forward on to the desk. Both of these positions cause pressure on the spine and can lead to back pain and/or tension in the back.
